Limited Warranty

For over 70 years, Lixie has manufactured the finest quality striking tools. Lixie uses the highest quality Grade A Hickory, polyurethane, and head castings to produce products of long life, durability and toughness.
 
Lixie warrants all of its manufactured products for the expected life of the product against deficiency in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any defects or problems caused in whole or in part by misuse, abuse, alteration, or worn out due to extended use.
 
For products that you wish to be evaluated under the terms of this warranty, a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) is required prior to the return of the tool to our factory. Shipment of the items to be evaluated is at customer’s expense. Lixie striking tools found to be defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced and returned to our customers by prepaid ground freight.
 
Lixie makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to tools or their suitability for specific applications. The choice of replacement or repair is at the sole discretion of Lixie. Lixie neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any other warranty, or obligation expressed or implied.
 
Distributors of Lixie striking tools have no authority to make representations of any sort beyond contained herein.
 
The published list price is the maximum liability for all Lixie products manufactured.
